Story
A plot was hatched in Tihar Jail to eliminate Andhra Pradesh CM Harishchandra Prasad (Balayya) and terrorists land in AP to proceed with their plan. However Ramachari (Venu) whose father (Chandramohan) is SI, unknowingly thwarts their attempts. In the process he locks horns with Commissioner Chadda (Murali Sharma) who dashes his dreams of becoming police officer. How Ramachari comes out of this rut should be seen on silver screen.

Performances:
Venu is good in his role. His forte is comedy timing and showed how to do hilarious scenes spontaneously. However one gets the feeling that he should work on his expressions in emotive and other scenes. Kamalini Mukherjee did not get much scope for performance. Murali Sharma did well in his role while Balayya is graceful as CM. Brahmanandam as Chinta and Ali as Ganguly entertained viewers. Others like Chandramohan, LB Sriram, Giribabu,Raghubabu are ok in their roles.

Analysis

Eshwar story is old, outdated and routine one with no real twists. He could have made it interesting but spoiled it with spineless screenplay. Except for one or two scenes there are many negatives in the film. The film is a detective story but there is no detection in it. Everything goes according to fate and it seems even director left the result of the film to fate torturing people.

One wonders how terrorists who are out to kill CM can be overcome by castor oil, marbles and chillie powder. This itself shows lack of imagination from the director. He did not use the talent of Chandramohan, Girbabu and other senior stars. Kamalini Mukherjee looked quite old and is a misfit as heroine. Slow pace of the film undid it totally.

Technicals

Production values are quite poor. Cinematography and editing competed in achieving mediocrity. One couldn't believe that Manisharma scored music. BGM is bad and songs are also poorly shot. Dialogues and comedy scenes are of 1980 films.

Final Word- Skip it
